These terms apply to your use of this website, run by SqidSquare Pvt. Ltd.. By using the site you agree to them. Use of the SqidVent software itself is covered by a separate customer agreement.

1. Information on this site

We describe SqidVent as accurately as we can, but features, availability and pricing can change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A quote is valid only when we send it to you in writing, and only for the period it states.

2. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. In particular, don't try to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, submit false or someone else's details in our forms, or use it to send spam or malicious code.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logos and the SqidVent name belong to SqidSquare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

4. Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't control, such as LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
